**** DISCLAIMER: if you are trying to lose weight a healthy way I recommend NOT trying this method. Clearly losing this amount of weight in little time isn’t healthy so don’t look to me for healthy tips****
I also needed to lose this weight quick to fit into a dress I’ve wanted to wear to a party. Sooo what I took to lose this weight took a lot of dedication and preparation. I made a calendar and I set up daily reminders in my phone to keep me on track. Everyday I forced myself to wake up in the morning and walk to the gym and use the treadmill for an hour on a 4.5 mph speed which is like jogging/speed walking.the first few days was hard getting into that routine, but I ended up working up to that by starting off in my garage dancing and doing jumping jacks which r great cardio workouts. And then after school or work I would go back to the gym for another hour and do any body workouts like squats/lunges/jump rope…. burns hella calories. Obviously weight loss is 80% determined by what you eat so I would say that this was the hardest part, working out was stress relieving and I enjoyed it so you’d imagine the diet was the thing that screwed me over. I had an egg for breakfast and a salad for lunch and then I would eat really really low calorie foods throughout the day like cucumbers to calm my stomach. Then I wouldn’t eat after 4pm… I also drank a shit ton of water. I had no sugar at all or dairy or bread. Again if you try this I am telling you it’s fucking hard. I even cried four nights in a row before it became habitual. It takes a lot of control and focus. It took every ounce of me to reject my favorite snacks. But it was all worth it because now I can fit into my favorite jeans. And now I follow a diet that will help me maintain weight in the meanwhile until the next time I try again.
